THEATRE PERFORMANCES IN MISHKAL FESTIVAL at AL MADINA THEATRE

MAZEN SAAD AL-DIN
Graduating with a BA in Communication Arts student from the Lebanese American University, Mazen will obtain a Masters at LAU in Education and hopes to get a PHD in special effects Make-up in Australia. 

SYNOPSIS: CRIME IN A HOSPITAL

A writer visits a hospital after a crime took place in order to investigate who the killer is. The suspects are five mad women.  

RAMI AL RABIH
Rami is a Communication Arts graduate from the Lebanese American University. "Women in War" was his first experience as a theater director. It has been selected in Furjani Minaja International Theater festival (Tunisia-2012) and as the opening of Ayam Aman Al Masrahiya (Jordan-2012). 

SYNOPSIS: WOMEN IN WAR

Three Arab women fled their country due to the security and political problems and now live in a shelter. We constantly discover new information about each character and their relationship with one another as they await hopeful news.

RANEEM AL HALABY 
Raneem studied Communication Arts at the Lebanese American University. She acted in many student theatre productions and participated in festivals in Jordan and Egypt. The first play she directed participated in the LAU international theatre festival in 2012. 

SYNOPSIS: THE CHAIRS 

Two characters frantically prepare chairs for a series of invisible guests who are coming to hear an orator reveal the old man's discovery. It is an absurdist tragic farce. 

TAMARA HAWI and AHMAD HIJAZI
Tamara and Ahmad study at the Lebanese University majoring in Theatre. Their main passion is dance. Both have been involved in local and international festivals. Tamara has been coaching couples for their first dance since 2008. Ahmad believes his patience in choreography aids his success with his dances constantly showcased. 
SYNOPSIS: THE OTHER DIMENSION
هي حكاية شاب تموت حبيبته فيقرر أن يموت حباً بها، حتى يتم اللقاء في بعد آخر حيث تعود وتزدهر حياتهما بيشراك وأمل جديد
